Register now for upcoming courses using our convenient online form below. Registration looks after you for the day with lunch, snacks and coffee provided. Course materials are also provided (electronically on USB thumb drives).

Order your copy of "Common Mineral Wetland Plants of Alberta" upon registration. This popular plant identification field book is not mandatory for the course, but is highly recommended for any wetland practitioners working in the prairie pothole region of North America or White Area of Alberta.   

Cheque or credit card is accepted. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal and are subject to an additional 2.99% PayPal fee. Cheques can be mailed to:

Confirmation and receipts will be provided upon arrival. 

Payment must be made 5 business days before the course date. Cancellations must be made 5 business days in advance of the course for a full refund. A $40 fee applies for any dishonoured cheques.

Course Withdrawals

  • We understand sometimes circumstances change and you may need to withdraw from a training course. Please understand that we try to accommodate your wishes to the best of our ability. However, we also have to commit to and incur travel, venue rental and Instructor costs based on confirmed registrations.
  • Our refund policy is:
    • A full refund, less payment and refund processing fee if payment was by credit card, if course withdrawal occurs more than 14 days prior to the scheduled training course start date.
      • Credit card payment and refund processing fees are $50.
    • A 50% refund if course withdrawal occurs between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled training course start date.
      • Refund, if original payment was by credit card, is subject to a credit card payment and refund processing fee of $50. 
    • A 0% refund if course withdrawal occurs less than 7 days prior to the scheduled training course start date.
    • In all instances of a 0% or 50% refund situation:
      • Arrangements can be made to transfer course fees to another intake of the training course or to another training course.
